PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Our Pennsylvania Elks Home Service Nurses Program Director, PATRICIA O'CONNOR, RN, has been with our program since 1977.   Pat’s office is in St. Marys, PA and she can be reached at 814-781-7860.   FAX messages can be transmitted to the same number. ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
