Pennsylvania State Lodge Bulletin Contest

2005 - 2006 Entry Form

 

 

This contest is open to all Subordinate Lodges in the state of Pennsylvania.  Please have your Exalted Ruler submit Three (3) consecutive copies of your Lodge’s Bulletin. Bulletins should be dated from between March 2005 through December 2005. The Bulletins should not be bound together in a binder but should look the same as they are received by your membership.  Please include an embossed seal letter from your lodge secretary stating your membership number as of April 1, 2005.

This contest will be judged by Membership Division dividing all entries into 6 categories.  First and Second Place Plaques will be awarded to the 6 winners at the Elks’ State Convention in May 2006.

This contest will give Subordinate lodges the opportunity to show the great ways we each communicate with our membership.  All Lodges are encouraged to enter.

Contest Rules

All Bulletins will be judged based on the following categories and will be awarded points assigned to each category. 

The Subordinate Lodge with the highest points in each membership division category will receive the First Place Plaque.

For 3 months of entries the maximum total number of points that can be awarded is 300, 100 for each month.
