(10/19) Nicholas P. Chacona, PER, PDDGER, PSP, from Sayre Lodge 1148, is recuperating at Elderwood Facility, Room 101, Waverly NY 14892. Nick, who is 96, fell and broke his pelvis. I'm sure he would love to receive a card from his friends.

(10/9) PSP Mike Brutzman is recovering at a Rehabilitation Facility where he is undergoing dialysis treatments. Cards can be sent to his home address: 200 Wilmot Dr, Towanda PA 18848.
(09/7) PDDGER Paul Hluben, of Etna Lodge # 932 had a serious heart attack Sunday (09/06) morning, and is University Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. He is scheduled for a quadruple bypass on Tuesday (09/08) morning. His wife Alice has requested that anyone wishing to send a card do so to his home address, 226 Lehr Ave. Pittsburgh, PA, 15223. He is presently in the ICU, and after the surgery he will be in the CCU for several more days.
(09/01) Update
Bart came home from the hospital late Saturday evening. He had fused disks (3 thru 7), a rod in his neck and 12 screws. They used a bone from his hip for the surgery. He has to wear a brace until he goes back to the doctor in three weeks. Jan Barnes will keep us updated on his recovery.

Bart is going to have neck/back surgery on August 27 at UPMC Montefiore in Pgh. I will let everyone know how everything went after the surgery. Get well cards can be mailed our home address.
